Gran Caffe Round 3

One thing that I’ve always wanted to try was the gelato pairing at Gran Caffe. How it works is that the chef prepares a meal and pairs it with a unique gelato flavor. Usually the gelato is savory (like red pepper, truffle or mustard gelato).

When I took my dad there, we decided to get the parm ravioli (with a basil gelato) and it was amazing! The gelato was very light and the cold made a very interesting combination with the hot pasta underneath.

The parmigiana prosciutto pasta was also very good!

Gran Caffe still has the best gelato that I’ve ever had!
